Meet the 2026 WIP MONDAY Accelerate Chair: Stephanie Hogue

Stephanie Hogue, President & CEO of Mobile Infrastructure, is the Chair of the 2026 WOMEN IN PARKING (WIP) MONDAY Accelerate conference.

In this role, Hogue will guide the national planning committee in shaping a dynamic program for more than 500 parking professionals focused on advancing the leadership, development, and success of women in the industry. Together, WIP members share insights, inspiration, and programming that support a diverse career network and mentorship.

As President & CEO of Mobile Infrastructure Corporation (Nasdaq: BEEP), Hogue leads a large-scale, mobility focused owner of parking facilities across top U.S. markets that invests in parking assets serving as gateways to downtowns, employment centers, and mixed-use districts.

Hogue is currently the only woman serving as CEO and President of a publicly traded NPA-member company. She has been integral to executing corporate strategy and capital markets transactions, as well as designing a full operational scale-up. Hogue is a globally focused executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across capital markets, real estate assets, and strategic investments. Earlier in her career, she served in various capacities in investment banking, overseeing complex capital raises and transactions across multiple jurisdictions from New York, Sao Paulo, and Mumbai.
