An account has been created to assist you in all stages of planning and preparation for the NPA 2026 Convention & Expo.
- Gain access to your transaction history including invoices, receipts and payment options using the Accounting Office!
- Update your Online Directory Listing profile so attendees can get to know you before the show.
- Refer to the Exhibitor Alerts in the Planning Guide & Deadlines section (coming soon) to learn about all Convention updates, manage key deadlines, and keep you on track with the best information for a successful experience.
- Register your booth personnel and company representatives with the Register Booth Personnel link (opening in April). Your booth includes free & discounted registrations for your team. Make sure to register your team in advance.
- Need to ship your booth materials to show site or in advance to the warehouse? Need upgraded carpet and rentals? Need to order rigging or signage? The Exhibitor Show Manual ordering website (opening in May) is where you will find this information. Our decorator, Hargrove, by encore, hosts this website. Once in the system, you will have a unique login to begin reserving your items.
- Access the Exhibitor Toolbox (opening in May) for marketing assets available for your social media and advertising platforms to promote your participation.
