Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by August 7, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after August 7, 2023. Submit all requests to the NPA Registration Team via email at Info@WeAreParking.org. NPA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. *Refunds will not be issued for the Opening Event, Kickoff Connectors/Optional events/activities, Daily’s or Expo Hall only passes.
