Fleet programs are an integral part of many parking operator’s product solutions. Fleet operations come in variety of sizes and complexity from a single van operation at a hotel or apartment, to extensive off-airport or on-campus shuttle services.  

The program will examine the essential building blocks of a fleet program that every parking operator should know.  This includes fleet vehicles and fleet vehicle types, employee recruitment and training processes, fleet productivity tools, as well as service and safety standards.
