Valet Parking Operators

Join this open-mic discussion with valet owners, operators, and suppliers at this coffee talk session. Examine the current state of valet operations and how owners are re-imagining their business post-COVID-19. There will be a lot to discuss – from new technology tools to successful service, coping with the “great resignation,” and the quest for talent.

Yes, we’ll look at LED lighting, solar, and digital signage systems, as well as the use of recycled construction materials, and the adaptive reuse of space. In addition, the session will examine some current best practices around parking meters, enforcement policies, curb management, and demand pricing that can reduce congestion and benefit the environment.

Join other municipal parking operators and transportation directors in this open mic coffee talk session and discuss the state of the parking business in cities, central business districts, and shared parking spaces. Share insights on a variety of topics, including how to generate parking demand, how to manage Evs and their charging, curb management, congestion, enforcement, sustainability, and what’s happening locally in everyone’s city.

This open mic coffee talk session is for universities, healthcare, and campus parking operators, transportation directors, and suppliers. Discussion will feature how this critical parking sector is operating in the new normal on campus. There will be a lot for the audience to discuss with our facilitator, everything from EV charging stations to micro-transit issues.

Off-Airport Roundtable

Join this open-mic coffee talk session exclusively for airport and off-airport parking entrepreneurs, owners, and operators to hear how this important parking sector has rebuilt its business this year. There will be a lot for the audience to discuss with the facilitator – everything from TNCs to shuttle operations, government regulation on CO2 to business development opportunities, and more.
