“Suitcasing” is defined as any activity by a person, who has not paid an exhibit fee or purchased a booth, where the activity is designed to solicit or sell products/services to other exhibitors or attendees without authorization by NPA. “Suitcasing” can occur by those who are registered as attendees or by Expo Hall Only guests. Any attendee, that is not a registered exhibitor, may not solicit business in the aisles or other public places, or in another firm’s booth. If “suitcasing” is observed, you agree to be escorted out of the Expo Hall by NPA.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for registrations and/or event tickets must be made in writing to NPA by August 27, 2021, or they will be subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations prior to August 27, 2021 will be subject to 50% administration charge. Additionally, no refunds will be made for registrations or event ticket orders received after August 27, 2021. Substitutions made after August 27, 2021, will be subject to a $50 administration charge.
