We sure do. You can find the mobile app in the Google Playstore or Apple App Store by searching for NPA2019 starting around mid-September. The mobile app is simply the best and most convenient tool to find out what is happening at the convention, where it is happening and when. It also includes a list of the convention exhibitors and their booths number as well as the conference speakers, their bio’s and photos. |

Welcome! You’ve made a wise choice. First, almost all the social activities in the conference program are free to conference attendees, so be sure to attend them as they are a great way to meet new colleagues, make friends, and widen your professional network. |

Yes, it will. The only education activities taking place off property are the parking facility tours to Walt Disney World, City or Orlando, and the University of Central Florida. Buses from these tours depart for the hotel lobby. |

The conference program is developed through the NPA Call for Presentations and in close cooperation with NPA committees and volunteers. The 2019 Call for Presentations is closed. It will open again in October and typically stays open though January. |

If you are an industry vendor walking the Expo Hall floors, and you are not exhibiting, NPA abides by a “No Suit-casing” rule. Any attendee who is observed soliciting business in the aisles or other places within the Expo Hall floors, other public spaces, or in another firm’s booth, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may apply. |

You will need to purchase a ticket to enter the themepark. Tickets can be purchased online or at the hotel. Discount tickets are available on the NPA expo website. |

NPA ’s room bloc ends on September 23rd. After that date rooms can be booked depending on availability but at the prevailing rate. NPA recommends that attendees book their rooms as early as possible. |

No, you do not. You can book at any hotel property you want - and Orlando has lots choices in that respect. However, it is way more convenient for you to be at the host hotel as that is where the tradeshow floor and conference program are located. |

No. Not very likely. These are scammers that prey on convention traffic. Sometimes they will book your room but later you will find out that you don’t have a room onsite or you pay additional fees. These “room pirates” are extremely unscrupulous and are often long gone by the time the event rolls around. |

Substitutions are allowed at no cost until August 16, 2019 after that a $50 charge will apply. |

NPA accepts multiple payment options. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. We accept checks. Checks should be payable to: National Parking Association. We also accept purchase orders and we can invoice your organization upon request |
