Take a tour of the extensive parking operation at Caesars Palace, Paris, and the Linq hotel on this special NPA facility tour. Staff from Ace Parking, who run the operation, will lead the tour, answer any of your questions, and guide you through their huge operation.

You will visit the operations call center, see their extensive valet operations program in action, and hear how they deliver service excellence 24 hours a day.

Get a unique front and back-of-house tour of the massive parking operation at the MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, NV.  The tour will include the parking operations at MGM Grand Resort, the Aria and the New York New York hotels.

The tour will explore the huge command center at the heart of the parking operation, showcase the company’s highly sophisticated valet operation, and examine the state-of-the-art integrated payment and validation system that the casino uses.

MGM parking operations executives will lead the tour and be available to answer your questions throughout the tour.
