Drawing inspiration from the global hit reality television show starring world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay, guests will feel like they are on the studio set.
Located in front of Caesars Palace, the restaurant seats more than 300 guests including two chef’s tables, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip, red and blue design details in the show kitchen, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving the latest trends in mixology. The Red and Blue kitchens serve up modern lunch and dinner menus including Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

Emmy Award-winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis shares her delicious Italian cuisine at GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room or lounge boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences and a wine selection that has earned “Wine Spectator’s” 2017 Best of Award of Excellence. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to her dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Surrounded by exquisite décor and gazing out over Bellagio fountain views, you’ll enjoy a singular experience perusing Chef Serrano’s menu of creative, signature flavors. Select from soups, salads, crostinis, focaccia and pizzettes, along with refreshing meat, seafood and vegetarian plates designed for sharing.
The dining room has floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, ensuring LAGO has the most spectacular views of the resort’s iconic fountains ever experienced on The Strip. Adjacent to the dining room, an open-air patio offers waterfront seating centered on Lake Bellagio.

Enjoy the chic, swinging London ambiance between bites of caviar, fried Blue Point oysters and decadent roasted beef Wellington. Wash it down with a handcrafted cocktail mixed to perfection, such as The Antioxidant.
Featuring a towering ceiling splashed with the Union Jack Flag, the contemporary steakhouse includes a bar, lounge and two-story dining area. A chef’s table and private dining rooms are available for discerning jet-setters.

Old Homestead at Caesars
Complemented by sultry décor, dark woods and burgundy leather booths, Old Homestead's urban dining room and bar feels like a familiar comfort. (The glass wine cellar holding 15,000 bottles doesn't hurt, either.)
