Valet Ambassador Certificate Program



NPA Certificate Programs provide the opportunity to earn a skills certificate by participating in a series of 3 qualifying educational courses on a parking specialty area.

Identify key skills and qualities in line personnel. Learn more about safety, privacy and customer care in professional presentation and conduct of staff. Get examples of ambassador service and discuss the changing role of valet parking the public and private sectors.
