Executive Training Program Overview


Get an in-depth look at how operations, data and client care translate into bottom line profitability and success. An NPA member exclusive, this program provides you with secrets for success in parking management and prepares you to successfully lead your team.


Executive Training Program Fee:

Only NPA members can register for the Executive Training Program. If you're not yet a member, you can apply for membership and register at the same time.

The Executive Training Progam is a separate ticketed event with a separate registration fee from the NPA Convention & Expo.

There are 2 ways to attend the Executive Training Program:
 

  1. Register just for the Executive Training Program.

    Regular (by September 22): $1,095
    On-site: $1,495

    Fee covers Executive Training Program on Monday, PLUS you get full Convention & Expo access on Tuesday, October 3.
     
  2. Register for the NPA Convention & Expo, and add the Executive Training Program to your convention registration.

    When your register for Convention, you can add the Executive Training Program to your registration for $395.

In this session, learn from an experienced owner operator about the importance of asset management, key drivers for parking business success and data, reports and financials that tell the story you need to understand to operate parking as a business to serve your organization, its parkers and clients.

  2. Get strategies for how to think like an asset manager to bring better value to your clients.

Develop an understanding of the RFP process. Get a view from both sides of the RFP process on what the process is, how it works and how you as a leader can advance your organization throughout the RFP process both formally and informally.
